Single-use beauty packaging is a major source of waste. We design our packaging to live again. This program makes it easy for you to send empties back so we can sanitize, refurbish, and put them back into circulation.

How It Works (3 Simple Steps)

Save & Rinse

Keep your NEUGLO empties. Rinse with warm water and let them air-dry.

Send Them Back

When you have minimum 3 Reusable containers (to reduce shipping emissions), request a prepaid label. Pack with paper, we perfer yuo reuse our shipping box if possible.

We Sanitize & Reuse

We inspect, deep-clean, high-heat sanitize, and replace any wear parts (pumps, droppers, liners). Safe containers go back into stock; anything else is responsibly recycled.

  • Pumps
  • misters
  • and droppers (we'll reuse bottles and replace the pump/pipette for hygiene)

Items we cannot accept in our program.

  • Non-NEUGLO containers
  • Broken glass
  • Heavily soiled items
  • Outer shippers not from NEUGLO
  • Lip Balm Tubes

Tip: Don't remove labels—we do that.

FAQs

Do I need the original box?

No. We Prefer you use our box but any package that protects the container is fine
Do I need to remove labels?

 No—please leave them on. We handle adhesive removal.
Is the program U.S.-only?

Yes. We’re starting in the US and plan to expand.
Minimum to ship back?

3 containers per label. This keeps returns efficient and climate-smart.
How long until I get credit?

 Within 14 days of arrival and QA.
What happens to parts you can’t reuse?

We separate them and responsibly recycle them
Can I drop off in person?

Yes, at any of our farmers markets

Program Terms

  • We can only credit clean, undamaged NEUGLO packaging.
  • Returns sent without a label or outside the U.S. may not be eligible for credit.
  • We reserve the right to decline items that present hygiene or safety issues.
  • Abuse/fraud (non-NEUGLO items, excessive shipments) may void eligibility.
